Account Deletion
Request deletion of your GigAlert account and personal data.
Fastest way — delete from the app
If you can still sign in, deleting from inside GigAlert is immediate and permanent:
- 1Open the GigAlert app and sign in.
- 2Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
- 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- 4Type DELETE and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your reports, votes, and appeals
- Saved stores and store ratings
- Driver reputation, badges, and levels
- Garage — vehicles, gems, XP, and streaks
- Friends and friend requests
- Game invites and match history (Reaction Race, Driver Dash, Bowling)
- Chat messages and chat-room memberships
- Notification and alert preferences
- XP transfers (both sides of the ledger)
What may be retained
- A deactivation marker is kept for audit and abuse-prevention purposes.
- Aggregated, anonymized community trends may be retained; they no longer identify you.
- Records required to prevent fraud or repeat abuse, as permitted by law.
- Sign-in access is permanently revoked. The platform owns the underlying auth identity and disables it.

Enter the email tied to your GigAlert account. Our team will verify identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
